Terms of service

At the time you request a commission, you are agreeing to these terms

>The work will not start until the corresponding deposit has been made.>No refunds work started.>The delivery date will depend on the details requested in the order and the customer´s approval with the order process.>The ilustration may not be used for commercial purposes (this applies to the use of the product as advertising or in any public for profit).>Commission **IS ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE **.

>The artist (me) may use the commission to promote their work unless the client specifies that it be kept private.>The commission can be refused if it is a request that cannot be fulfilled by the artist.>Changes can be made to the sketch only if the lineart has not been started.>A commission process will be sent and commission will not move forward unless customer approval is received.>The final product will be delivered via email.

>The final product will be delivered via email.>An extra payment of 10% of the total payment will be charged in case the commission has a complex details and accessories.>In case of an urgent commission, it will cost an additional 20% to the total price.>The artist´s signature CANNOT BE REMOVED.

How To Order

>Contact me through any of my social networks, preferably Instagram or Facebook>Send:

  • ●A name o username to be registered

  • ●Email

  • ●Commission Type

  • ●Specify what you want in the commission (especially with details such as expressions, poses, etc.)

  • ●References, don’t hold back and send the ones you think are necessary (make sure they are not YCH, Outfit Batch or adoptables not paid by the client).

  • ●Make the deposit via PayPal or by Oxxo if you belong to México.

  • ●There will be a time limit of one week to make the deposit and start your commission or the order will be canceled.

  • ●An illustration process will be sent where the client can request corrections.

  • ●The client will no longer be able to request corrections once the lineart is done, however they can request color base corrections.

  • ●The final work wil be sent by email and the client will be asked if they want it to be a private commission.
